So this is the way that they go about doing home inspections in Orange County, but is it the same in other places as well? I want to know that a building inspector in my 'are bound to a strict code of ethics' and that they are going to do that no matter where they are from. That way I know they will be inspecting buildings the same way no matter where you are. Just seems like a great idea if all building inspectors had to follow a code of ethics that were the same for all building inspectors.
